Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure

In recent months many of you have inquired about our preparation for the Year 2000. Along with our commitment to exceptional service and being Easy To Do Business With, Viking Freight is committed to ensuring that our internal systems and processes are not affected by the Year 2000 date change.
For almost two years, Viking Freight has been focused on resolving the Year 2000 problem. Our goal is to fully eliminate all potential points of failure within our systems and infrastructure, prior to their earliest potential failure date. We will also ensure that we can continue to provide outstanding service by developing contingency plans to mitigate Year 2000 compliance problems originating with individual suppliers.
Questions and answers describing our compliance efforts should allow your organization to understand and audit our activities. We hope that this information will provide an assurance that Viking Freight will not interrupt the transaction of business between our companies due to Year 2000 failures.
