What is the average height of a freight train and a one-lane freight train tunnel?

Supposing the train and the tunnel are in the US, doesn't really matter what state. I just need a logical, average height and width of a freight train, and the height and width of a semi-elliptical train tunnel that would be large enough for aforementioned train to pass through.

Answer:
Full-height freight cars, including box cars and refrigerated cars, stand 12 to 14 feet high. Clearances in tunnels are tight, and are usually around 16 feet. Some are closer to 18 feet, and a few may be higher. But those are more typical.
