If a dispatch has a freight load can a broker find a carrier for them?????

So if a dispatch from a company has a load posted on a website like 123loadboard can a broker find a carrier to haul it, or is this consider double brokering????? thanks

Answer:
If the company is actually the one that has (physically) the load to ship, then the party arranging the transporation of that load is the broker. If this broker uses the services of another broker, then it is double brokering. Double brokering is not good, obviously, because both brokers would get a commission or fee to perform the transaction whereas a good broker should be able to arrange all transportation directly with the carriers involved.
